fetch

this is a fetch program designed for use with opend, to pull in repos that were setup for dub. usage: `fetch *repo*`

Building:

opend fetch.d

Usage:

./fetch *repo* to pull in a repo and setup symlinks.

./fetch clean to remove all repos, and symlinks.
